MUDr. Jiří Šolc
MUDr. Jiří Šolc is the founder and head doctor of the aestea clinic. An experienced doctor with many years of experience and internships in clinics in Germany and the USA, he not only specializes in aesthetic surgery, but also professionally supervises and leads a team of specialists in liposuction.
Dr. Šolc became a specialist in plastic surgery by specialty certification in 1989. At that time, he already had theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the broad field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. After further years of practice and internships in clinics abroad, he specializes exclusively in aesthetic surgery.
On the one hand, he closely follows the latest developments in this rapidly developing field, on the other hand, you can rely on his many years of experience and extensive practice. In breast augmentation, he pioneered the use of micropolyurethane implants, and in the lower eyelid area, he focuses on correction using the pinch technique. He has been and remains a pioneer in the field of lipedema and its treatment with high-volume liposuction.
In addition to his membership in the Czech Society of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Society, European and World Societies of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (ESPRAS, IPRAS), Dr. Šolc was one of the first Czech members of ISAPS, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. ISAPS is a guarantor of professionalism, continuous education of members at the highest level and places great emphasis on patient safety.
MUDr. Kamila Šormová cooperates with the aestea clinic as of 2026 and offers a wide range of plastic surgery procedures. As a graduate of the Charles University in Pilsen, she subsequently gained a lot of experience and professional practice in the field both in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.
After working in state healthcare facilities, she founded her private practice in the late nineties. She holds a diploma in lifelong education for doctors in the field of plastic surgery and a certificate from the Society of Aesthetic Surgery. She has deepened her knowledge and skills during a number of internships abroad, for example in Erlangen, Germany, Vancouver, Canada, or in clinics in Prague and Brno.
She is known for her meticulousness and empathetic approach to clients.

MUDr. Petr Šíma
MUDr. Petr Šíma Ph.D. is a long-time collaborator of our clinic, who was at the birth of our focus on liposuction. His years of experience and the number of successful operations, as well as his diligence and professionalism are hard to find competition in the field.
Born in 1976, after graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Pilsen, he specializes in surgery. After working at the surgery departments in Rokycany and the Military Hospital in Pilsen, he worked at the University Hospital in Pilsen as the head of the surgical department since 2011. In 2023 he completed his postgraduate studies at the Third Faculty of Medicine in Prague and since 2024 he has been working at the Hořovice Hospital.
He regularly participates and lectures at national and international conferences (e.g. Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress – Monaco, Monte Carlo, 2016).

MUDr. Anna Cimburová is a specialist at the aestea clinic for the diagnosis and treatment of lipedema. She is an experienced doctor in the field of general medicine, with experience both in Czech healthcare facilities as well as outside the Czech Republic, for example Balfour hospital, Kirkwall, UK, or Princess street surgery, Thurso Caithness, UK.
In addition to her work as a general practitioner, she has been since 2023 intensively involved in preventive medicine, nutritional counseling and obesity medicine, focusing on lipedema and lymphedema. Dr. Cimburová is fluent in several languages, excels in empathy and a human approach pillared by deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

MUDr. Juraj Horský is a specialist in liposuction with many years of experience, who excels in precision and conscientiousness. His absolute professionalism goes hand in hand with a human and friendly approach to patients and colleagues.
Born in 1977, after graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Pilsen, he specializes in surgery. After working at the Surgical Clinic of the University Hospital in Pilsen and the Privamed Centre for Surgery and Orthopaedics, he now works at the Hořovice Hospital.
He has completed numerous professional internships, for example at the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University Hospital Pilsen, at the Clinic of Burn Medicine at Královské Vinohrady Prague, and participates in a number of congresses.

In the field of aesthetic gynecology and urogynecology, the aestea clinic has a team consisting of experts in their field, Prof. MUDr. Zdeněk Rušavý, Ph.D. and MUDr. Denis Berezovský. We perform labiaplasty, vaginoperineoplasty, procedures to eliminate female incontinence and treat pelvic organ prolapse.

Dr. Denis Berezovskiy
Dr. Denis Berezovskiy as an esthetic as well as functional gynecology specialist brings to aestea his kind and friendly approach towards patients, and precisely performed work with excellent results, which he achieves thanks to his long experience and specialization.
Dr. Berezovskiy was born in 1986. After graduating from the Stavropol state medical University in 2008, his professional eligibility was acknowledged by the Czech Ministry of Health in 2014.
Since 2013 he works in the gynecology department of the University Hospital in Pilsen. In addition to regular attendance to professional courses and conferences he continues his postgraduate education, publishes and takes part in professional studies and research.
His combined expertise in esthetic as well as functional gynecology allows him to meet a large variety of his patients esthetic needs a wishes as well as approach their related medical issues.
Urogynecology
Prof. MUDr. Zdeněk Rušavý, Ph.D
Prof. MUDr. Zdeněk Rušavý, Ph.D. is a certified urogynecologist since 2017. He is a specialist in long-term problems associated with pelvic floor disorders not only after childbirth. He focuses mainly on the prevention and treatment of urinary incontinence and prolapse of the vagina and pelvic organs. He has extensive experience in surgical treatment of these problems.
He is a member of the Czech Gynaecological and Obstetric Society (CGPS), the International Urogynaecological Association (IUGA), the European Urogynaecological Association (EUGA) and the Urogynaecological Society of the Czech Republic (UGS). In the latter two societies he serves on the committees of societies where he tries to develop this field of medicine.
In his clinical and research work she focuses on urogynecology, the impact of childbirth on the pelvic floor and the possibility of preventing pelvic floor disorders – urinary and fecal incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. He regularly lectures at various meetings in the Czech Republic and abroad. As part of his academic work, he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students at several schools.
He participates in the education of doctors and midwives in the field of primary prevention of birth injuries at international workshops organized by the PEERS group. He has authored and co-authored more than 65 publications on this topic, including teaching texts and textbook chapters.

The medical staff of the clinic includes operating room nurses and ward nurses.
Thanks to their many years of experience in our clinic, the operating room and anaesthesiology nurses form perfectly coordinated and professional operating teams together with the surgeons.
The nurses of the inpatient ward are the body and soul of this part of the clinic – they assist with interviews, examinations in the outpatient clinic, help prepare patients for surgery and, above all, care for them afterwards.
